Confirmation

For 9th grade and older students preparing for life’s journey, we embark on a quest where we tackle the big questions.

Confirmation class is held on Sunday mornings at 10:30 in Room 205. 

We start with the origin of the universe and explore a variety of creation stories especially the ones in Genesis. We delve into the mystery of God, the start and spread of Christianity, and the radical Jesus. We examine the history of Plymouth Church and our spiritual ancestors in the forming of the Congregational Way. Most importantly, we ask where we fit into this story of faith and whether we confirm our commitment to the journey. 

Class Activities include participating in a Night on the Street, a Fall retreat and special events.
