Our Values

At Plymouth Church in Minneapolis, we nurture the spirituality of children and youth from birth through their high school years. 

Grounding through study of God’s ways in Christian and Hebrew scripture, interfaith perspectives and faith stories, ranging from Godly Play for the youngest, through confirmation and discussions on living out one’s faith in senior high. 

Openness to questions about faith: allowing the freedom of the seeker of any age is a core value of our Plymouth Church progressive Christian community, as is respecting all faiths.

Embracing diverse families: families with two moms, mom and dad, two dads, a single parent, or those with gender-variant family members, including children—all are welcome at Plymouth Church.

By learning together in all God’s ways, children and youth are equipped for their life-long faith journeys.
